Foundation Repair Technician
Install piers, braces, and anchoring systems to stabilize and repair residential foundations. Experience preferred but we'll train the right person. Must be comfortable with physical, outdoor work.

Interior and exterior waterproofing, drainage system installation, and sump pump work. Physical work in outdoor conditions — rain or shine, hot or cold. Reliable transportation required.

Help with jobsite prep, material handling, and cleanup. This is a great entry point into the trades — no experience needed. If you're willing to work hard and learn, we'll take care of the rest.

Experienced foundation repair or waterproofing professional to lead a crew. Must have 3+ years in the trade, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a jobsite from start to finish.
